For a bio-mechanical assessment (foot, leg or back pain), please bring in your shoes you wear to work and shoes you wear for activities.
Please bring in any imaging of your foot, if you have it. Xrays, ultrasound, MRI, CT reports or images that may be useful.
Yes, if you are covered. You can call your health fund and check prior to appointment to ensure you are covered. We use HICAPS which provides immediate payment of eligible health fund rebates – meaning that the patient only needs to pay any ‘gap’ for services at the time of consultation.
Only if you have an eligible Allied Health Enhanced Care Plan organised through your Medical General Practitioner. The Centre is registered with Medicare. When a condition is considered chronic (eg. diabetes, arthritis etc) you may be eligible to claim a rebate through Medicare. For further information discuss this with your GP.
Yes, we are proud to support the Veteran community along with current ADF personnel. The Centre is registered with the Department of Veteran Affairs and is a recognised footwear prescriber of medical grade shoes.
